1. About Our Services

Lineara offers the following services to individuals, families, and organisations:

• Lineage Records Session — a practical session to help you sort and label personal and family documents into a clear, well-organised system. Includes a folder kit and an index template. This is an organisational service; it does not involve the preparation, review, or drafting of any legally binding documents.
• Family Story Workshop — an educational workshop focused on recording family history, values, and personal reflections for future generations. This is a heritage and preservation activity with no legal effect.
• Genealogy Operations Advisory (B2B) — a service for genealogy and heritage organisations seeking to improve their internal record-gathering and preservation processes. This is an operations advisory service and does not constitute regulated professional advice.

By booking or attending any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this description of what we do and do not provide.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services and make enquiries. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Thai laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
• Transmit unsolicited or harmful communications through the contact form or any other channel on the site.
• Reproduce or redistribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website for any visitor who we reasonably believe is misusing it.

3. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once we have received your enquiry, agreed on a session date, and you have received written confirmation from our team. Prices for our services are as follows:

• Lineage Records Session: ฿3,600 per session
• Family Story Workshop: ฿9,500 per workshop (up to six participants)
• Genealogy Operations Advisory: ฿31,500 per advisory engagement

Payment terms will be confirmed with each booking. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any materials mentioned in the service description. We will inform you in advance of any additional costs.

We reserve the right to update our pricing from time to time. Any change will not apply to already-confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• More than 5 business days before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• 2–5 business days before the session: Rescheduling is available at no charge. Refunds are at our discretion.
• Less than 2 business days before the session: We are unable to offer a refund, but we will do our best to find a suitable alternative date where possible.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and templates — belongs to Lineara or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of it without our written consent.

Templates, index structures, and workshop materials provided as part of our services are licensed to you for personal or internal organisational use only. They may not be resold, sublicensed, or used to deliver similar services to others without separate agreement.

6. Limitations on Our Liability

Our services are educational and organisational in nature. We do not make any promises about specific outcomes resulting from the use of our services, including document outcomes, family relationship outcomes, or any administrative or procedural results.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Lineara is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any service engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Third-Party Links and References

Our website may include links to external websites or references to other organisations for informational purposes. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. The inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last revised. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If we make changes that materially affect confirmed bookings, we will notify you directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Thai courts.
