Three Ways to Bring
Order and Meaning to Records
Each Lineara service addresses a different stage of the work — from sorting what you have, to capturing your family's story, to improving how an organisation manages heritage records.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
Every Lineara service begins with listening. Before we bring any structure, we need to understand what you are working with, what matters to you, and what a good outcome looks like for your family or organisation.
From there, we apply a structured approach adapted to your specific situation. We do not follow a rigid script — we follow a reliable process that flexes around the people involved. The result is always a clear, practical output you can use and maintain independently.
All services are organisational and educational. We hold no regulated qualifications for legal, financial, or medical matters and we operate entirely outside those areas.
Initial Conversation
We talk through your situation before any session is confirmed — so we arrive prepared and you know what to expect.
Structured Session
We work through the material together, following our method but adjusting pace and focus to suit you.
Clear Handover
Every session ends with a tangible output — a completed system, a template, or written recommendations — along with guidance on next steps.
Ongoing Availability
We remain available for follow-up questions after the session at no additional charge.
Lineage Records Session
A supportive session helping a family organise their important documents and family-history records into one clear, well-labelled system. We work through what you have, help you decide how to categorise it, and set up a folder structure that makes sense for your family's particular mix of documents.
The session includes a physical folder kit and a reusable index template. It is suited to any family wanting calm, lasting order — whether documents have been accumulating for years or you are starting fresh after a significant life event.

- Pre-session conversation to understand your document situation
- 2–3 hour structured sorting and labelling session
- Physical folder kit with category tabs
- Printed index template (A4 format)

Family Story Workshop
A gentle half-day workshop focused on recording your family's history, values, and personal letters for future generations. Drawing on life-writing and oral history principles, we guide participants through a series of prompts designed to draw out the stories that matter — in plain, natural language.
Each participant leaves with a completed keepsake template — a beautifully formatted document that can be printed, shared, or stored alongside the family's records. This workshop is purely educational and creative. Nothing produced carries any legal weight.
